The first annual Festival of Cinematic, Audio & Visual Experimentation (CAVE) will be taking place in Minneapolis from January 11-13!
The festival is co-presented by Cellular Cinema and the Walker Art Center, and will feature three nights of experimental film programming, at a different location each night. Artists and Curators from across North America will converge in Minnesota during one of the coldest months of the year.
CAVE is an opportunity for experimental filmmakers and video artists to revel in the depths of winter in Minnesota together, hibernating in dark and cozy cinemas while the flickering lights of 16mm film, super-8 and video cast dream images across the walls.
