Nobody understands the importance of layers quite like a Minnesotan in midwinter.
For our 10th Edition, CC presents a local program of Minnesota-based artists who will be presenting many-layered works of moving image art. Some will include multiple projections, or layers of light and sound, or live performance elements layered over moving images.
