Guest Curator: Jason Halprin
Water, water, everywhere: it’s on our minds and in the news constantly these days.
For CC4, we welcome a guest curator from the shore of the second greatest Great Lake, and a member of the lively Chicago experimental film community: filmmaker and educator Jason Halprin, with assistance from the Nightengale Cinema. He will bring with him a program of water-themed work, which will screen along with local, contemporary experimental film, video and performance.
Join us to see unfamiliar, exciting and challenging new approaches to the moving image as an art form! Nothing is off limits…except, perhaps, pretty shots of rippling water reflecting sunsets.
